Wellbore Integrity Solutions is led and guided by a dynamic team of industry professionals with expertise in the wellbore industry and global operating experience across the areas of oilfield services, manufacturing and E&P as well as successful M&A experience.

Ed J. Boufarah is Chief Executive Officer of Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS).
Ed joined WIS in July 2022 and brings 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining WIS, he served as Vice President of Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes company recognized for its leadership in mission-critical asset condition monitoring, reliability, and asset performance management solutions for the oil and gas, power, and industrial sectors. Before that, Ed served as Chief Commercial Officer for Baker Hughes’ Digital Solutions business.
Earlier in his career, Ed held numerous regional and global leadership positions with General Electric, Bredero Shaw, and ExxonMobil. He brings extensive international commercial and operational experience, having led businesses around the world and developed enduring relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Throughout his career, Ed has gained significant international exposure across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, India, and the Middle East.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.

Graham Stronach serves as Chief Technology Officer for Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS), with responsibility for the Red Baron global product line and the Engineering team.
Graham brings more than 35 years of experience in the remedial, intervention, and drilling tools sectors and has held numerous senior leadership positions both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining WIS in 2020, he spent more than 29 years with Schlumberger and Smith International, serving in operational, business development, and engineering roles. His leadership positions included Global Sub-Segment Vice President and Middle East Vice President with Schlumberger, as well as Asia Pacific Business Development Vice President with Smith International.
Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Graham has spent most of his career in international assignments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, China, Latin America, and the United States. Earlier in his career, he worked for Halliburton in its Directional Drilling business and for Baker Oil Tools in engineering roles supporting Fishing & Remedial operations.
His career has included involvement in numerous merger and acquisition initiatives from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives. In addition to extensive front-line operational leadership, strategic planning and execution have been central themes throughout his career.

Nabeel Ahmed is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Nabeel brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in the United States and internationally, having held senior HR roles with companies including U.S. Steel, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, and Weatherford International. Most recently, as CHRO of EnLink Midstream, he led a transformation toward a high-performance organizational culture, culminating in the successful merger and integration with OneOK Midstream.
Nabeel earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and a master’s degree in Management from Mississippi State University. He has also completed advanced human resources and business leadership programs and certifications from institutions including Texas A&M University, Harvard University, and the University of Michigan.

Mariangel Craig is Vice President and General Counsel for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Mariangel is a dynamic business leader with 17 years of international experience in the energy sector. Known for her decisive leadership, Mariangel led critical negotiations with diverse customers for upstream and midstream services throughout her career, and successfully navigated complex legal landscapes across the globe, including numerous compliance matters and various union issues. She led global legal operations in her prior roles and played a strategic role in corporate governance, M&A, ESG, and risk management initiatives.
Prior to joining WIS in March 2025, Mariangel held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Parker Wellbore.
Mariangel is licensed in Texas, New York, and Venezuela, and holds advanced legal degrees from the University of Houston and Universidad Metropolitana. She is fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in French.

Him Amarawickrama is Vice President, Corporate Development at Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS).
He brings more than 25 years of global finance and leadership experience across the energy, power, and industrial sectors and has successfully led capital markets transactions totaling more than $8 billion throughout his career.
Since joining WIS in 2023, Him has been responsible for corporate development, strategic finance, capital markets, FP&A, and M&A initiatives, supporting the company’s growth strategy and value creation objectives.
Prior to WIS, Him held senior treasury, controllership, and strategic finance leadership positions with CB&I, McDermott, Subsea 7, and AES Corporation. During his career, he has led complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation decisions, and strategic growth initiatives across global markets. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Ernst & Young in London, advising clients on renewable energy, transportation, infrastructure, and other large-scale investment projects.
Him holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and a master’s degree in Energy Economics from the University of Surrey. He is a CFA® charterholder, a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and a graduate of The Wharton School’s Global CXO Program.

Paul Gonzales is Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS).
Paul brings more than 20 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry, with expertise in supply chain management, planning, asset and inventory management, and commercial credit. Prior to joining WIS in 2020, Paul served as Global Asset and Planning Manager for Schlumberger, where he was responsible for the company’s global asset and inventory portfolio, as well as its global supply distribution network. He also chaired the Sales & Operations Planning Committee, helping to drive effective supply chain management and operational efficiency.
Prior to Schlumberger, Paul spent 10 years with Smith International, serving in various roles, including North America Operations Support Manager and North America Asset Manager. He also held senior management positions in the credit field, including Director of Credit for EqualNet Corporation, International Credit Manager for Ricoh Global, and Credit Manager for Wilson Supply.

Sergio Cardinale is Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Sergio brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles with multinational organizations, including PwC, M-I SWACO, and SLB. His expertise spans internal and external auditing, tax, treasury, operations, restructuring, ERP implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
Since joining WIS, Sergio has held several finance leadership positions, including Regional Controller for Latin America and Global Controller. In these roles, he supported finance operations, cash management, compliance, regional reporting, and global accounting activities across more than 25 countries.
In his current role, Sergio oversees the company’s global accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, statutory compliance, treasury, tax, audit, and related finance functions. He plays a key role in ensuring financial discipline, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and maintaining strong governance across the organization.
Sergio holds a degree in Public Accounting and an MBA. He is also enrolled in the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Program at Columbia Business School.

Colton Thomas is Vice President of the North America region for Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS).
Colton joined WIS in June 2024 and brings more than 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of transforming organizations and driving profitability in challenging economic and market environments. Throughout his career, Colton has gained extensive international experience across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining WIS, Colton spent his career with Halliburton, serving in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including Field Fracturing Engineer, Account Manager, Country Manager, Global and Regional Business Development Executive, and most recently, Vice President of Halliburton’s Caspian region.
Colton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Association of Drilling Engineers, and the International Association of Drilling Contractors. He has also co-authored several Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) technical papers.

Marcos Ortiz de la Peña serves as Vice President of Latin America and Russia for Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS).
Marcos joined WIS in 2020 and brings more than 28 years of leadership experience in the international oil and gas industry. He is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in executive leadership, sales, operations, finance, strategic planning, and business transformation. Throughout his career, Marcos has consistently delivered profitable growth, expanded market share, introduced innovative technologies, and built high-performing organizations across multiple international markets.
Prior to joining WIS, Marcos spent 15 years with Schlumberger (SLB), where he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility, beginning as Country Manager for Mexico and Central America. He later served as Vice President, Latin America, Drilling Tools & Remedial; Vice President, Latin America, Bits & Drilling Tools; Sales & Commercial Manager for the Drilling Group; and concluded his SLB career as Operations Planning Manager at SLB headquarters. During his tenure, he led businesses encompassing Bits, DRILCO, Fishing & Remedial, Underreamers, Turbines, Jars, Rental Tubulars, and Casing Drilling, consistently delivering outstanding financial and operational results.
Since joining WIS, Marcos has served as Vice President for Latin America. In early 2025, he was appointed Vice President for Russia, assuming executive leadership responsibility for both regions. Under his leadership, WIS has expanded its regional footprint, strengthened strategic customer relationships, introduced new technologies, achieved record revenues and industry-leading profitability, and significantly increased market share.
Marcos is recognized for developing high-performing teams, executing sustainable growth strategies, and creating long-term value for customers, employees, and shareholders.

Jim McKenna is Vice President of UK, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia Pacific regions for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Jim brings over 33 years of professional experience in the international oil and gas industry. His expertise includes sales and operations, financial management, and market share growth. Jim joined WIS in 2019 as Vice President of Europe, Sub-Sahara Africa regions. Before joining WIS, Jim served as Eastern Hemisphere Vice President for NOV-ReedHycalog, Regional Director for Europe & Sub-Saharan with NOV Drilling and Intervention, and prior to those positions, Jim held multiple senior management positions within NOV Downhole and Schlumberger.
Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology and Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen before entering the industry, and he completed an MBA at the University of Strathclyde in 2010. Prior to joining Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS), Jim was involved in various company and divisional restructurings and was based in Aberdeen, Houston, New Orleans, Singapore, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Alexey has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having started his career with a BP joint venture in Russia. He joined Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) in January 2020 as Vice President of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), a position he held for one year before being promoted to Regional Vice President for the RCA region.
Prior to joining WIS, Alexey held a variety of roles with Smith International and Schlumberger, spanning Operations Support, QHSE, Operations Management, and Operations Integrity and Auditing. He also oversaw major international SLB service operations for key clients, including Exxon and Shell, as well as national oil companies such as Gazprom and Rosneft. From 2013 to 2020, Alexey worked in the United States, holding several leadership positions across North America and at corporate headquarters.
During his leadership of the RCA region, Alexey expanded business relationships with major onshore and offshore clients. In his current role, he is focused on growing the WIS business across the Caspian and Central Asia region, with particular emphasis on Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.

Ryan Seike is Vice President of the Middle East, North Africa, and India (MENAI) region for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.
Ryan brings more than 22 years of experience in sales, operations, and business development within the international oil and gas services industry. Prior to joining WIS, he spent the majority of his career at Baker Hughes, where he held a series of senior leadership positions, including Indonesia Area Director, Global Sales & Commercial Director for Drilling Services, Global Supply Chain Category Director, and Regional Sales & Commercial Director for the MENATI region.
Throughout his career, Ryan has driven significant revenue growth, led executive-level commercial negotiations with major national and international oil companies (NOCs and IOCs), and managed large-scale profit and loss (P&L) operations across the Middle East, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Southeast Asia. He also served as Country Director for Weatherford in the United Arab Emirates, where he led the business to strong revenue growth and improved profitability.
Ryan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
