David MacNeill

Chief Executive Officer

David MacNeill is a founder of Wellbore Integrity Solutions and serves as President and CEO.

David has more than 29 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to founding WIS, David served as President and CEO of Logan International. In his career, David has also served COO for a private equity-backed R&D company based in Houston, Vice President for NOV Downhole and EHO director for Grant Prideco InteliServ. David has vast international experience gained from serving in numerous positions in Schlumberger including, Operations Manager Canada, Managing Director Nigeria, Engineering Manager Russia, Sales and Engineering Manager, Far East.

Ron Melnyk - COO - Wellbore Integrity Solutions

Ron Melnyk

Chief Operating Officer

Ron Melnyk is a founder of Wellbore Integrity Solutions and serves as the COO.

Ron is also a founding member and managing partner at Six Pines Capital, an energy focused advisory and consulting firm. Prior to founding WIS, Ron served as VP of Corporate Development at Dover Energy where he led an executive team that deployed over $1.25 billion of capital through acquisition and technology investments globally, resulting in a fourfold increase in revenue over four years. Prior to Dover he was with Occidental Petroleum serving in various leadership and senior management roles in production operations and engineering, both domestically and internationally. Ron was also COO and co-founder of Consonus Inc., a software services company in Portland, Oregon. Ron began his career in the oil and gas industry with Schlumberger Oilfield Services and its affiliates where he was employed in a variety of operating, management and executive positions. Currently, Ron serves as an advisor to Water Lens, LLC and Ambyint. He is also a director for Lifting Solutions Inc., an ARC Financial portfolio company.

Nick Bedford

Nick Bedford is CFO for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Nick brings over 20 years of professional experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining WIS in January 2020, Nick started his career in Europe qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Andersen before moving to the German based power company RWE. While at RWE, he held various positions within RWEs commodity trading division. After a successful career with RWE, he joined their US joint venture company within the LNG industry, Excelerate Energy. For the last 7 years Nick served as the CFO of Excelerate successfully growing the companys global footprint and closed in excess of $600m of debt with a variety of debt providers.

Fuad Aliyev is Vice President of Russia and Central Asia for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Fuad brings over 20 years of professional experience in the international oil and gas industry with expertise in Operations, Financial performance, Sales and Marketing, Quality management and Technology lifecycle management (Maintenance and Sustaining). Prior to joining WIS, Fuad held various managerial positions at Schlumberger. He has vast international experience gained from serving in numerous leadership positions at Schlumberger including, Operations Manager for Bits and Drilling tools (BDT) product line as well as Drilling and Measurements (D&M) product line in Russia and Saudi Arabia, D&M Area Quality and LEAN manager Russia and Central Asia, D&M Field Service Manager in Tunisia and Azerbaijan. Under his leadership, he turned around underperforming businesses, managed and integrated newly acquired companies and built outperforming organizations.

Trevor Brooks is Vice President Asia Pacific for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Trevor brings over 28 years of professional experience in the international oil and gas industry with expertise in sales and operations, financial performance and market share growth. Prior to joining WIS, Trevor served as Director Subsea Lifecycle Services and Global Director of Strategic Services for Aker Solutions, Director and Partner for MAXSTAB, Director of Sales with Scientific Drilling International, and held multiple global leadership positions within NOV Downhole and Schlumberger. Under his leadership, he turned around underperforming businesses, established new country entries and developed new geo-markets. Trevor enjoys fostering higher levels of staff engagement while building positive relationships to achieve robust results. His flexible and dynamic leadership style helps build and develop successful teams.

Jim McKenna is Vice President Europe, Sub Shara and Africa for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Jim brings over 27 years of professional experience in the international oil and gas industry. His expertise includes sales and operations, financial management and market share growth. Prior to joining WIS, Jim served as Eastern Hemisphere Vice President for NOV-ReedHycalog, Regional Director for Europe & Sub Sahara with NOV-Drilling and Intervention, and prior to those positions Jim held multiple senior management positions within NOV Downhole and Schlumberger. Jim has been involved in various company and divisional restructures and has worked in different three continents.

Sami Mohammed

Sami Mohammed is Vice President of Middle East, North Africa and India Operations for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Sami brings 30 years of management, marketing and business development experience with companies that extend from start-up stage to multi-national organizations. Prior to joining WIS, Sami was the CEO of MOST Oil, a Canadian company which he took from its infancy to a global brand. Sami has also held several positions in Shell, including Regional Bitumen Manager East Africa. Having conducted business across 6 continents while living on 4 continents, Sami brings a unique global perspective to the company and has significant experience in the area of international expansion.

Marcos is Vice President Latin America for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Marcos brings over 22 years of professional experience in Sales, Operations, Finance and Market Share growth in the international Oil and Gas industry. Prior to joining WIS, Marcos worked for Schlumberger 15 years in different managements positions as Manager for Mexico & Central America, Operations Planning Manager worldwide, Sales & Commercial Manager for Drilling Group in Argentina and Brazil, and as Vice President of Bits and Drilling Tools segment for Latin America for 6 years managing the business of Bits, DRILCO, Fishing & Remedial, Underreamers, Turbines, Jars, and Rental Tubulars & Casing Drilling. Under his leadership, Marcos introduced new technologies, achieved high revenues and margins, and substantially increased market share growth in Latin America.

Tim White is Vice President of North America Operations for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Tim brings over 35 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining WIS, Tim served ten years as Vice President of the US Mid-Continent and Southern US regions for Schlumberger. During his career, Tim has served in senior management positions at Schlumberger, Halliburton and Western Atlas in global and domestic roles. He has been involved in over 20 merger and acquisition transactions in buyer and seller roles and subsequent post-acquisition integration, operations and go-to-market efforts. Tim is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Roxanne Algra is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Roxanne brings over 30 years of marketing and communications, and IT experience to WIS. Prior to starting with WIS Roxanne served as the Creative Services Director for McDermott International. Under her leadership she was responsible for the creative and multimedia team, visual and brand identity, online print fulfillment and digital asset systems, and strategic presentation design. Prior to McDermott she served as the Creative Services Manager and Senior Graphic Designer for CB&I where she redesigned the company intranet and corporate website. Before CB&I, she was a network administrator and web developer for the Tagos Group in Houston, Texas and SharePoint administrator and corporate presentation designer for Occidental Petroleum Corporation. During her 20 plus years at Oxy, she developed their first remote access capabilities and company intranet. Prior to Oxy, she administered Enron’s intranet at their wind energy project in Tehachapi, California and developed and administered the City of Tehachapi’s official website.

Chris Beard is Vice President of Information Technology for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Chris brings 30+ years of professional experience in the information technology industry with expertise in global IT infrastructure, backend business strategies, business transformation and provided geoscience and engineering data solutions. Prior to joining WIS, Chris served as Chief Information Officer and Director of IT for Lockwood International executing IT business strategy during a sales growth period from $180M to $400M. He was Global IT Director for Global Geophysical Services responsible for a $5M IT budget, aligning IT operations on a global level and introduced global standard practices to improve project management, customer support, and inventory. Chris also founded and served as President of ITMed LLC, where he led operations that focused on high-level services to small and mid-size businesses. While at ITMed he fostered a client-focused culture and created or rebuilt IT infrastructures for over 30 companies.

Jason Brownlee

Jason Brownlee is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Jason brings over 20 years of international finance, treasury, audit and accounting expertise to the company. Prior to joining WIS, Jason was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Paradigm, a former two-time private equity sponsored oilfield services software company ultimately acquired by Emerson Electric Co. Prior to that, he was the Corporate Controller of ThruBit Logging Solutions, a Shell Technology Venture funded startup company acquired by Schlumberger. Before joining ThruBit, he held various Controller roles in software, IT, and manufacturing business lines over a 15 year career with Schlumberger.

Daniel Craig

Daniel Craig is Vice President of Engineering for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Daniel brings over 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with expertise in engineering, manufacturing and quality. Prior to joining WIS, Daniel served as the VP of Operations for Applied Oil Tools, VP of Engineering and Supply Chain for Logan International and Engineering Manager for Baker Oil Tools. For the past 11 years, Daniel has provided products for the conventional fishing tool industry in his roles at Applied and Logan. While at Baker, Daniel managed the product development and sustaining efforts for well bore construction equipment. In each of these roles, Daniel was responsible for the life cycle management for product development including R&D and sustaining activities along with the management of various other disciplines.

Jill Curry- VP-HR - Wellbore Integrity Solutions

Jill Curry is Vice President of Human Resources for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Jill brings over 20 years of global human resources expertise to WIS, including standing up two completely new businesses, integrating over 20 major acquisitions, leading human resource organizations across greater than 20 countries, and building multiple discipline teams within world class organizations. Prior to joining WIS, Jill spent 5 years as a founding member and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of another private equity backed firm focused on the offshore oil and gas space where she was responsible for the creation, leadership and direction of the firm’s Human Resource capabilities. Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Oil States Energy Services where she led and executed the strategic and tactical aspects of Human Resources for three divisions. Jill also held multiple executive human resource positions at Schlumberger, and prior to her departure, she was the global human resources executive for an entire integration center, which stretched across Europe, North America and Asia.

Marvin de Menezes

Marvin de Menezes is Vice President of Manufacturing for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Marvin has more than 27 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, of which, 19 years have been in global manufacturing & supply chain activities and the others in quality, health, safety and operations. Prior to joining WIS, Marvin spent 16 years with Smith International Inc. and its joint ventures in various manufacturing leadership roles and was responsible for starting up SIML — the first fully vertically integrated manufacturing facility in the Middle East manufacturing drilling and completion tools. Thereafter he spent 8 years with NOV Downhole/Reed Hycalog and had responsibility for manufacturing facilities in Brazil, Belgium, Russia, KSA, Singapore and multiple facilities in USA, Canada and the UAE. He was also responsible for establishing a cost-effective global supply chain. Most recently, Marvin founded a successful UAE based company manufacturing gaskets and other fluid sealing products used in various markets.

Paul Gonzales is Vice President of Distribution and Logistics for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Paul brings over 15 years of professional experience in the international oil & gas industry with expertise in Demand Planning, Asset & Inventory Management, and Commercial Credit. Prior to joining WIS, Paul served as the Global Asset and Planning Manager for Schlumberger where he was responsible for the global asset base in 75 Countries valued at $2B, an inventory portfolio of $300M and an annual capex plan of $100M. In addition, he was responsible for managing the Distribution Centers in the Western and Eastern Hemispheres optimizing inventory stocking levels to support global operations. During his period in Schlumberger he served as the Chairman of Sales & Operations Planning Committee to enable effective supply chain management. Prior to Schlumberger, Paul served as the Operations Support Manager and Asset Manager for Smith International, supporting North America Operations. He has also held many Sr. Management positions within the Credit domain including Credit Manager – North and South America for Wilson Supply, International Credit Manager for Ricoh Global, and Director of Credit for Equalnet Corporation.

Todd Strickler is Vice President and General Counsel for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Todd brings 17 years of legal and compliance experience to the company. Prior to joining WIS, Todd served as Senior Vice President – Administration, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Paragon Offshore PLC, a publicly-traded international offshore drilling company, from its inception in 2014 until the sale of the company in 2018.u00a0 Prior to this, he served in various legal roles, most recently as Associate General Counsel, of Noble Corporation, a publicly-traded international offshore drilling company, from 2009 to 2014. Prior to his joining Noble, he specialized in corporate and securities law at the law firm of Andrews Kurth LLP.

Alexey Nikitin is Vice President of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).

Alexey has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry starting his career with a BP Joint Venture in Russia. Prior to joining WIS Alexey held several different roles in Smith International and Schlumberger — from Operations Support and QHSE to Operations management and Operations Integrity and Auditing. While under his RCA leadership, he developed and implemented a new QHSE management system plus he grew the Sakhalin’s Fishing and Remedial, Tubular Surface and Drilling products and services from $5M revenue and negative IBT to a $35M a year revenue business with 40% profitability. Additionally, Alexey also oversaw all the international SLB major service operations u2013 Exxon, Shell as well as main NOCu2019s, Gazprom and Rosneft. In 2013, Alexey moved to the United States as the Head of Operations Integrity (Quality and HSE) department for North America, and later became a Global Operations Systems Auditor responsible for verifying and improving Quality, HSE and Process compliance for over 100 locations worldwide.

Nicholas is Separation Management Officer for Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

Nick brings over 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, financing and inorganic growth, having successfully executed transactions globally as a principal or advisor across multiple segments of the energy industry. Prior to joining WIS, Nick served as Managing Director of Corporate Development for NYSE-listed NW Natural Holdings, where he led the 160-year-old gas infrastructure company’s expansion in the water and wastewater sector. His experience also includes time working with Melnyk as a Director at Six Pines Capital and five years as a senior member of GE’s Oil & Gas business leading corporate development efforts for industrial manufacturing and services business units with combined revenue over $1 billion. Nick started his career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers, and has lived and worked extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the US.

Sidney brings over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining WIS, Sidney was Vice President of Finance and a principle owner of a regional based fishing tool company for 18 years and spent 9 years with Smith International in various roles from regional management, operations support manager to Vice President of Business Development for DT&R NAM. For the past 9 years, Sidney has served in several capacities within Schlumberger; NAM DT&R Support Manager and most recent as the NAM BDT Technology Lifecycle Management Manager.

Graham Stronach

Graham Stronach is Vice President for Wellbore Integrity Solutions Fishing & Remedial product line.

Graham brings over 35 years of experience in the Remedial, Intervention, and Drilling Tool businesses and has held a number of senior management roles, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Wellbore Integrity Solutions, Graham served over 29 years with Schlumberger and Smith International, in operational, business development, and engineering positions. His roles included global Sub Segment Vice President and Middle East Vice President with Schlumberger and Asia Pacific Business Development Vice President with Smith International.

Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Graham has spent the majority of his career on international assignments, in Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, China, Latin America and the United States. Earlier in his career, Graham also worked for Halliburton, in their Directional Drilling business and Baker Oil Tools, in a Fishing & Remedial engineering capacity. His career has included several merger and acquisition projects, both from a seller and buyer perspective. In addition to front line operational responsibilities, strategic planning and execution have also been key elements of Graham’s career experience.
