PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General support for the North American Operations team
- Manage the team calendar and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- General clerical duties including ordering supplies, photocopying, scanning, data entry and filing
- Assist with booking and coordinating travel for the VP and North America team
- Manage conference rooms
- Help coordinate meetings and meeting support
- Assist with North America fleet management
- Keep track of department expenses and submit expense reports
- Help develop and maintain a filing system for the department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills within all levels of the organization, which include verbal, written and nonverbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various demands
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- General knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI to assist the regional team with custom dashboards
- Accreditation as a Notary Public is a plus
